HOW TO:
1. Prep
- Clean: Make sure your natural lashes are completely clean and dry (no makeup, no oil).
- Grip: Use tweezers to gently pick up a lash cluster (either 3-strand or 1-strand) by its base.
2. Apply (Two Methods)

3-Cluster Lashes (Models 01 & 02):
Dip the base in glue. Place the cluster on top of your natural lash line, close to the roots. Repeat until full. -
Single-Strand Lashes (Models 03–06):
Dip the base in glue. Lift your eyelid slightly and press the lash cluster underneath your natural lashes, attaching it to the lash hairs themselves, not your skin.
3. Finish & Remove
- Secure: Gently squeeze the extensions and your natural lashes together with tweezers or your fingers for a strong hold.
- Remove: Use a designated lash glue remover or oil-based cleanser. Let it sit on the glue until the lashes slide off easily. Do not pull.

You must contact DUP USA within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Only unused, unopened items in new condition with all original packaging are eligible for return. Final Sale/Discount items and used or opened products cannot be returned.
Shipping
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed by 12 PM PST typically begin processing the same day; otherwise, they will process the next business day. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and are based on carrier estimates.
