You must contact DUP USA within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) before sending items back. Returns submitted after 7 days or without an RMA# will not be accepted.
Only unused, unopened items in new condition with all original packaging are eligible for return. Final Sale/Discount items and used or opened products cannot be returned.
If the return is not due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• A 15% restocking fee for unopened, non-defective items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, DUP USA will cover return shipping once the RMA request is reviewed and approved with required photos.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
All sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed by 12 PM PST typically begin processing the same day; otherwise, they will process the next business day. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and are based on carrier estimates.
D-UP is a Japanese brand. While all products are designed in Japan, the place of manufacturing may differ depending on the specific product. Please check each product's packaging to find out where it is made. They are also 100% FDA compliant.
