If you receive a product with which you are not satisfied or has any quality issue, please feel free to contact D-Upusa.com customer service within 7 days or receipt of your order (returns and exchanges will not be provided after this date has passed) by submitting a ticket/email to request for a Return & Exchanges Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and our RMA Specialist will review your request.

Complete a RMA form with product item number, description, comments and clear images of the items to show product condition and/or problems.
Our customer service specialist will review the return/exchange and will notify you of approval or denial and will guide you on the next steps.
