Return Policy

To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we have a Product Return & Exchanges Service. If you receive a product with which you are not satisfied or has any quality issue, please feel free to contact customer service within 7 days or receipt of your order (returns and exchanges will not be provided after this date has passed) by submitting a ticket/email to request for a Return & Exchanges Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and our RMA Specialist will review your request.

Currently, DUPUSA will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Any product(s) for which a request is submitted more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Item(s) / merchandise marked as “discount” or “Final Sale”.
  • Products/ merchandise that have been completely or substantially used.
  • Item(s) / merchandise that do not have prior authorization / RMA#.


  • A 15% restocking fee will apply for all returns of non-defective, unopened items.
  • We will not pay or reimburse for return shipping unless the item is received damaged/defective or we send you the wrong item.

Return and Exchanges Procedure

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Complete a RMA form with product item number, description, comments and clear images of the items to show product condition and/or problems.

Our customer service specialist will review the return/exchange and will notify you of approval or denial and will guide you on the next steps.

Please follow all instructions from our customer service specialists and return items with RMA numbers in unused, unopened and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories. Return shipment address:
